Best price on a 26" Remington 1100 barrel

I am looking for a 26" vent rib rem-choke barrel for my newly acquired 1100. Anybody got one they are willing to part with? The best price I have found is $199 dollars for a new one. I'm also thinking of having my existing 26" IC barrel threaded for choke tubes. Good idea? Please feel free to point me in the right direction. Thanks!

R & R Arms has them for 192.48 and Ultimate Outdoors has them for 190.52 as far as finding one on gunbroker that isnt swamped with bids, good luck. I wouldn't have the original barrel tubed. It wil cost as much or more than buying a new barrel. And those old original fixed choke barrels usually really patterned good. I once owned an 1100. I could kick myself for parting with it. I have recently been shopping the auction sites for another....Good luck
