I need to find some sources for USGI M1A bolts. Already checked Fulton Armory and they seem pretty expensive. Any other sources out there?

Sarco always advertises in Shotgun News. They have a web site. It is blocked here at work though.
Not sure about others. An internet search of "GI M14 bolt" might bring up some more. Yahoo will likely bring up this thread.

Since you are looking for USGI, wouldn't it be an M-14 bolt?... smiley_bucktooth.gif

Don't know about best price, but here is a source for TRW bolts:

The Amherst Depot

smith enterprises in tempe, az or placer cbs in california.
i bought a m14 usgi bolt from smith in 2004 and i think it ran me $150 complete........

Check the M14 boards for bolt. Also check eBay or Gunbroker.

Try using "M-14" instead of M1A. M1A in your search will only bring up Springfield Armory stuff and that is not USGI.

Try to get a TRW or HR bolt. They are by far better then the Springfield stuff and USGI to boot.

All USGI parts are equally good. That means HRA, SA (U.S. Armory, not SA Inc.), TRW, and Winchester all have to meet the same specs and are equal in strength and durability. Winchester bolts can be spotted by their 66118 stamping.

I've had good luck buying parts here:
