Best prices on AR carbines?

I'm considering ordering an AR carbine. AIM Surplus seems to have a good price for a Bushmaster 16" M4 A3 .223 Carbine for $860. Any other better prices around, or comparable manufactures for less? I'm also looking at Stag, S&W, Rock River, in that order.

Just find a complete lower for $200-$250 and a complete upper for $275-$350. My last AR cost me $465 total, I bought a brand new 6 pos RRA lower and a used CMMG upper with bolt/handle.

with so many folks building from scratch or combining uppers and lowers does the manufacture warranty really come into play for buying parts or buying complete rifles. I know some companies have lifetime others a year, but does it really matter? Do folks have much call for the warranty?
