Best Scope Mount for MAK-90 (Chinese AK)

I know that some scope mounts are part of a replacement dust cover. I don't think these would be very stable unless they had set screws or something similar. My MAK-90 doesn't have the scope rail on the left that you find, for example, on the Saigas. Is there another way to go?

Have you seen the new one's coming out of Ultimak? They are top notch and I have read that people who own them really like them.

I looked at Ultimak but I thought they were over $200. Do they have something cheaper for the MAK-90? There is the B-Square and those which use a replacement dust cover (not very stable).
