Best Shoulder Recoil Pad?

Limbsaver makes claims of severely reduced recoil on their pads but that's for the ones that mount on the butt of the gun. I know they work very well. I have a neck injury so I use a Limbsaver on my 30.06 so I can shoot it more before my neck starts to hurt.
