If Biden is eventually inaugurated as President he said the first thing he will do is repeal the PLCAA.

Can he do this?


Could he use his executive order power to do this?

This would be very dangerous to the gun industry. There are enough people and scumbag lawyers that would happily sue to get a paycheck. Years ago I got Tboned by a Ford at an intersection. It would be insane of me to sue Ford over the accident. But Biden and ilk think suing a gun maker over shootings makes sense.

Can we have a post that at least indicates some High School Civics? A president cannot void a law through executive action. If a bill is presented to the House and Senate - and taken up, we can discuss it. Also, the report was from 2/7/2020, so it's bit late to set your hair on fire.
