As the thread states, if a anti-2nd Amendment president got into the Whitehouse or the Senate and House became Democratic, how hard would it be for them to repeal the PLCAA?

Std. both houses pass the same bill and the President signs it or allows it to become law without a signature.

Nah.

First, that didn't happen. Second, the make up of Congress can't really change for two years. Third, we'll have a Republican President for at least the next four years. Fourth, there's no way to predict whether anything will happen in the next two or four years which could affect the perceived desirability or undesirability of repealing the PLCAA.

So this can be nothing more than idle speculation.
