Big boy caliber presses.

I have an RCBS rock chucker/piggyback system to make it progressive that I love. When I bought it I knew that it couldn't make rounds that were longer than .30-06. Here's my questions.

If you were to buy a single-stage press to load one of the longer range calibers, what would it be?
Does anyone have an RCBS ammomaster, and if so how do they like it? (Compare to rock chucker, or pro-2000 if possible please.)

I was thinking .338 lapua or .300 remington ultra magnum. I don't plan on ever shooting a .50 BMG, but the ammomaster can accept that w/ some parts. Regardless of my plans I might just shoot it later... oh decisions decisions.
I figured the ammomaster would be good just to keep my options open.

I already own a single stage press that'll do everything you've mentioned, including 50BMG. It's on sale at Cabella's for 40 bucks this month. It's the Lee Classic Cast Single stage.

I had a Rock Chucker before I bought this one. It was good enough I sold my Rock Chucker and kept it. That should tell you something.

I load 338 Lapua on my Rock Chucker.

Why? Ease of sizing any case - at least 2X easier than any other press.

Set the dies once, remove, store the die with the same setting in place. (time savings)

NO shellholders. (cost savings)

Uhoh, that sounds like the kind of 'reloader' logic I would
use to convince my wife to allow me to buy one. "honest honey, if I spend $350 on this press, I'll never have to buy another one of those expensive shell holders again, and an extra bonus is the die changeout is so fast that I'll be able to spend X #of minutes per day with you or the kids"

All kidding aside, I wish I had a Co-AX, very nice presses.
