I want to get a few of my Glock slides and barrels done with black and grey T. Grey on the slides and black on the barrels. My only concern is that the preparation process of the slides and barrels consists of a blasting process and as told by the Birdsong shop would remove the Tenifering from the steel. I realize that the Tenifer resides 2-3 microns deep within the steel, but the blasting preparation process before the T is applied would remove it...should I be concerned?
Now I recently had my 870 done in Green T, and absolutely love it, only had it back for a short period and havn't had time to shoot it yet...
