i don't know if you can buy it, but if you know someone that shoots on a military rifle team they shoot a very similar load for 1-600 yds.... actually that load usues the moly coated 77gr. MK..
i would try to duplicate the load, you can buy the bullets, you just have to figure out what powder will push the bullet to 2780fps and not run the case over...
