Black powder shooting in Houston, Texas area

Does anyone know of any black powder shooting organizations in the Houston, Texas area?

None that I am aware of. I occasionally see folks out with BP at ASC on the west side. I shoot my Walker there occasionally.

Not on days like today though! Too dang hot.

Thanks for the response there Peter. I, too, shoot at American Shooting Center, but I'm the only one shooting black powder when I'm there.

I'm always amazed that a city as large as Houston, Texas (4th largest in US and over 2.1 million people) has such lousy radio stations and virtually no organized black powder events.
