Was wondering: Under federal law, and most states' laws, blackpowder guns are considered "antiques", "non-guns", or "non-firearms". Sooo, are there any regulations in those states governing the commercial gunsmithing of ONLY these "non-guns"? Any help on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
