I went to open my beloved Kershaw Blur yesterday, and a weird sound came out of it. Now my speed safe doesn't work. Bleh.
No big deal, as it appears that Kershaw has a easy to fill out warranty repair form, and I am not anticipating any major expenses. In fact, since I am sending the Blur in for repair, I think I am going to send my Leek in for factory resharpening.
I am not really all that worried about the process, but out of curiosity, anyone ever sent a knife in to Kershaw for repair? How did that go? Are they more interested in repairing, or do they just replace? I don't honestly care either way, but I am curious.
