I hope this is the right place for this. I didn't see anywhere else that fit.

I got in a heated discussion today with a friend about guns and gun safety around kids. I'm vehemently opposed to locking up my guns that I use for home protection. So this thread doesn't go on and on, I'll post a link to my personal blog where I wrote out my opinion. I'd be anxious to hear what you fellow forumites and peers think about it. Constructive criticism is always welcome.
