The total vote numbers change up and down with no rhyme or reason; either the software is broken or someone administering the page is messing with the counter (or maybe the counter is programmed to return a random number between 1,000 and 10,000).

Understand, that this lady will vote the way she wants, not the way her constituents want her too. That the problem with an indirect form of government. Elected officials are not obligated to accurate represent the opinions of the folks who elect them.
