...If the wait time is down to a few weeks...

I glibly used the term "a few weeks" in place of "some time in the next couple of months". I really don't have any idea how long delivery is taking these days. Anybody else have recent order/delivery experience? How long did it take? Still worth the wait, regardless.

The wait time doesn't seem to be down yet, but he did mention that a lady was working with him now.

Ordered one in mid-April and it took ten weeks. No complaint from me, though; it was worth it.

I've heard all good things about Mika. I am going to order one for my keltec p-3at soon. The uncle mikes pocket holster isn't worth the $12 I paid for it.
I thought so as well. The problem with UM's is not that it is of poor quality - it is that it is a "generic" fit and not made for the specific gun. The small size fits my Kahr PM9 poorly (blocking my second finger from sliding up under the trigger guard), and the next size up is hopeless, being much too big. But the Mika fits it perfectly, even having internal molding around the trigger guard.

As for the wait time (which does seem to be growing longer, but I waited over five months for a Milt Sparks), this is the nature of the one-man custom holster business.

I just received one too for a j-frame. Very interesting design and stays put and my gun flies out of it. It conceals in my cargo shorts and mind you I'm 5-4 and maybe 130 pounds.
