it wholly depends upon the rifle or cartridge. For someone like me with finger control issues, an internal box magazine can be a real pia. its very easy to get pinched fingers and cockeyed cartridges that take a while to get out. a magazine that pops out is easier to load. internal boxes are better if they have a 91-30 type floor plate i can pop open if issues develop.
Removable mags. I like the ability to unload and load quickly without risking dropping a round. The second choice would be the trapdoor as it allows for quick unloading without cycling every round through the chamber.
i like removable most next i will take the trapdoor type. im not very fond of the blind mags seems like if it gets jammed your gonna have a big problem on your hands if your in the woods or even range, maybe having to take the stock off.
Detachable is nice if you are getting in and out of vehicles a lot. I've been on coyote hunts where we drove to several different spots in a morning. That's a lot of loading and unloading, and popping out a magazine is much easier.
On a hunting/Sporting rifle I prefer the box with a hinged floorplate. I feel the removable magazines are ugly and unneeded leave those for the tactikewl rifles, and having a magazine without floorplate means you have to pull the action to clean out the magazine.
