I bought the Paraord GI .45 today and,traded my Glockg26 and only paid $176 difference with tax. I heard that there are problems with the factory magazings but,since I havent shot it yet,How are the factory magazines,junk or just ok??? rich642z

I take it you have a carry gun that's not the G26?

have about 800 rounds through my GI expert. the mags work fine.

(i'm actually about to sell it to make up for my recent Glock 29 purchase lol)

I'm on my second GI Expert(sold the first, missed it and got the second). They are an excellent pistol and as far as I'm concerned the best value in 1911s out there. Mine have both have been solid, accurate and reliable with FMJs and HPs.
