I read the posts above about getting her jewelry at Kay Jewellers. Now, when I see Kay or a similar jeweller mentioned in a TV commercial where some chick is telling a pal that her man got it at Kay, etc., I'm puzzled why the store would be mentioned. More likely, the price, or the carat weight, or the cut of the stone.
Now, if he bought the jewelry at Van Cleef and Arpels or at Harry Winston, or had DeBeers cut the stones to order from stock directly from their mines, I can see where the source would be a matter of prestige. But from some typical mall jewelry store? Nah...Probably not. So...do you work for Kay Jewelers, and is this a hidden commercial?
