Ok, I know people are using the all brass shells for shot. Thats pretty simple, prime, drop powder, over powder card or wad, shot, over shot card. I believe there is tamping going on, but not sure where.

Now, I don't shoot shot, I shoot slugs. Same process?

prime, powder, felt wad/over powder card, bore sized slug, overshot card?

I hear using an oversized, and stiff overshot card is enough to hold everything tight in these all brass cases.. Looking for confirmation on this. I also hear others talk about gluing the overshot cards in using elmers.. any truth here?

Do not use a heavy card wad over a slug. It can be overrun by the slug and put an ugly little bulge in the barrel. A ring of water glass, sodium silicate, around the nose of the slug will hold it in place just fine.

Unless you are using them in a double-barrel shotgun, I don't think you will be to happy with brass shells anyway.
