Whats a decent chamfer and deburring tool to use for a quick pass after the shoulder cut? My tri-way is perfect for trimming/chamfer/deburring but I need something to chamfer and deburring before sizing.

All I have is that dome Lee handheld chamfer and deburring tool... Anything better for a couple hundred cases or should I just stick with that?

I was thinking about using a wire brush on the pedestal grinder for this. Another option is to throw them in the tumbler for a while.

Yikes! :)

I still use an old RCBS chamber/deburr tool. The Wilson is cheaper at Midway. Any of this type will serve you well.

I have a three station powered model from Hornady. Makes short work of the problem after cutting with my mini saw. Can't beat it with a stick. There are other brands, but a power tool cuts down on the time spent big time.

The tool shown above in the link, I have mounted on a 2x4 to make it higher off the bench. Too low for my taste without something to raise it up. The tool heads are too close to the bench.

I have the same Hornady tool and I like it, but I recently hot rodded it by using an 18v wall wart and ditched the 12v. Much faster! Hasn't seemed to kill it yet, I may even try 24v.
