I would like to know what is the difference between a ZKK 602 in .375 H&H and a CZ 550 Safari magnum in .375 H&H. I read on different forum that the stock of the CZ 550 has a tendency to crack is it the same thing for the ZKK 602?
I researched this a bit. It seems the cracking was mostly isolated to the heavier calibers, .416./.458 etc. The newer CZ550s come with crossbolted stocks now, or you can pony up for the Kevlar stock as well.
Never owned a CZ, but have owned a ZKK 602 .375 for 25 years with no sign of cracking. Do the CZs have a integral barrel recoil lug? The ZKK has one, with a attaching screw.
