That would be pretty cool to have something that incredibly ancient in your knife collection! Kind of surprised the bidding is so low thus far but I see there's nearly 15 days more to go!

Worse, the casting of fittings is trivial compared to bronze for blades. You don't quench bronze to harden it and if you don't know the way the early Chinese dynasty made tips and cutting edges hard without making them brittle then you don't get any edge retention.
