My dad has a Browning BAR .22 LR that he's thinking about selling/trading and is curious of the value.

It was made in Japan and he's had it since 1977 but acquired it used, so no telling how long it's been around since he got it. I know the gun still functions normally as it should. As far as grade, I'm not sure but I would say at least 90%. Serial number is 02618RPXXX.

Thanks THR

Well after some digging on Browning's website I see it was actually manufactured in '78 and is a Grade 1....now if I can just find a dollar amount.

I don't think that is the model he ask about.

The feed through the stock magazine tube is used on the Browning .22 Auto.

His is a Browning BAR .22 with a tube magazine under the barrel.
