Went to the range to get some rounds on paper and my uncles gun wont eject the shells.:banghead: The gun is clean.
Any help or advice would be greatly appericiated!

Does it extract the empties from the chamber and not eject from the gun or are the shells sticking in the chamber? I would clean the chamber really well as that's usually the worst offender. You have to keep those chambers clean and dry for proper functioning. Same with the remington's.

You should invest in a good chamber brush available at better gun stores.

Yes, it pulls them out of the chamber. It will not eject them and jams trying to feed the next round.

Take it apart and check for proper reassembly.

I don't doubt you assembeled it right, but this is always a good start.

The BAR bolts are very difficult to clean lube and assemble properly, it is the most logical problem since it is extracting them from the chamber.

Lock the bolt in it's open position. Check the ejector (round pin on left side of bolt face) for free movement with a non marring tool. It should be able to be pushed into the bolt body freely, but with some effort. If not, try lubing it with a good grade of light machine oil.....

I once had an ejector fail on an older BAR due the above circumstance. I assume that you've checked the gas piston for free movement, haven't you?

We did play around with it a bit. No go.

Handloads were used. Sierra 165gr BT and 49gr of imr4064.

First and cheapest thing to do is try some different ammo to make sure it is not the handloads.
