Is it a new gun?
I had the same issue with mine. I had done what I thought was a "thorough initial cleaning". After a few hundred rounds, I decided another cleaning might help. Turns out I had missed a couple of nooks and crannies, particularly behind the buffer. The tiny drop of factory gunk behind the buffer was the culprit in my case. Browning's factory gunk (yellowish in color) is pretty sticky stuff, and it doesn't seem to take much of it to affect reliability.
I was ready to call Browning and send it back. Glad I saved myself the embarassment!
