What 9mms are there that John Browning designed other than the Hi-Power (Old FNs or Colts)?

If you limit it to 9mm Para, I don't know of anything but the BHP. Colt did not put 9mm in the 1911 platform until the Commander of 1950, many years after Mr Browning's death.

If you DON'T limit the brass, he designed the 1903 FN/Husqvarna in 9mm Browning Long and the 1908 Colt in .380/9mm Browning Short. And all the .38 Autos and Supers from 1900 on are pretty much 9mms, too.

IIRC John M Browning designed the original prototype GP or HP or High Power in 1922 he died in 1926 the production model was finished by his star pupil Dieudonne Saive and introduced as the P-35

It was called the high power because of its high capacity and soon became a classic as did most Browning designed firearms.

For an interesting day if one is ever in Ogden Utah go to the old Union Pacific station and museum it houses among other things the Browning Arms Museum.

Many of his prototypes and designs are on display along with his tools.
Its amazing to see what he did with the simple basic tools he had he was a genius in firearm designs.

Mr. Saive also worked on or designed the SAFN-49 or FN-49 and later FN FAL

If you expand your search, consider the Polish Vis (sometimes called the Radom). This pistol was obviously designed to utilize Browning’s patents and features, as it deliberately borrowed a lot from the 1911 pattern. Chambered in 9mm Parabellum of course. However the hammer-drop feature is unique on a Browning style pistol. He would have liked that they dropped the manual safety lock, which he never approved of.
