The only 9MM's I have that give my BHP a run for it's money are the CZ75 SA and my beloved Benelli B-76.

In fact, much as I hate to say it, the CZ is actually my favorite. :scrutiny:

Zack Smith, that's a great pair of HPs! Would you mind telling us about the sites on the chromed one?

I always wanted a bhp and a couple of months ago I saw one in a gunstore for 399 vintage 1971 and I love it. I was a little freaked out by the cocked and locked way you carry it but that was all mental. Its now my primary carry gun. Get one you wont be disapointed.

Forgot to add mine shoots great just the way it is, no trigger job needed. Maybe because its so old its "broken in" just try the one you get out for a while, and then decide if you need the trigger job.

Can't beat BHP's. I have three, I'll be adding more. :)

Might look at this one?

I have a Browning High Power and if I had to grab one gun in a SHTF situation it would be my BHP. High cap with a great service record.....I know its not a Glock - its much prettier than that :p .

Mine has been flawless and required no work to get that way. Some dont like the trigger disconnect but I guess Im not that great of a shooter because I dont notice it being troublesime.....I pull the trigger, it goes bang - were both happy.

I did bob the hammer on mine a bit - got tired of it sticking in my side while carrying it. It still does but not to the same degree - I had about a dozen undershirts with holes torn in them. I did not experience any slide bite.

Mine is a Browning High Power but you can save $150 buying a FN High Power. Same exact gun. FN makes these guns for Browning - the only difference is the Browning guns are assembled somewhere else and finished differently, your getting the same shooting iron with either brands. If you want the name by the Browning......if you want to save some cash get the FN. My problem was Im an impulse buyer - the Browning was right in front of me and the FN would have been an order deal.......
