Browning safari 375

I've been fortunate enough to accumulate several Browning FN Safari rifles. My 30-06, 300 WM and 458 all have Mauser style extractors and controlled round feeding. However, my 375 H&H is a push feed with a Sako style extractor. Anyone know the history of FN production and why there is a difference here. Did they ever make a 375 H&H with the Mauser extractor. I would actually prefer one like that.
