Buckmark Barrel Swap

Has anyone ever swapped out their original Buckmark barrel with another barrel? How hard is it to do? Thinking about putting a threaded after market barrel or Buckmark threaded barrel.

IIRC, all you need to do is remove 2 screws from the underside of the barrel to detach.

Replacement barrels should be drop-in, BUT you should call whoever you plan on buying the aftermarket barrel from to verify that it is a drop-in.

I have been looking at the Hi-desert dog website. They sell original slabside threaded Buckmark barrels. Other option is a tac-sol barrel.

You'll need to take the top rail off (two screws) and then it is just one screw that holds the barrel to the Buckmark frame. It's very easy, I swap out my Buckmark barrels all the time.
