The Ruger Mark series is best of those mentioned. The other advantage Ruger has is the aftermarket parts support.
That's what I'm talkin' about.I love my Victory, and when I bought it a few months ago, I had planned on buying the Ruger MKIV. Once I tried the Victory, it was a no-brainer. I did not buy it because it was less expensive, but because I prefered it.
It is accurate right from the box, and doesn't require a whole bunch of mods to be a nice gun, but they are available if you want them.

I want a reliable, accurate pistol for 22lr to plink and train my daughters to shoot with. . . adjustable sights. . . option to put a red dot. . . Not too worried about adding a suppressor. . . not be too finicky on ammo.
Victory for the win. Best value in the market. Lower price, no performance compromise. And the aftermarket enhancements are wonderful.
Anyone who tells you the MkII is difficult to reassemble is in need of reading lessons. It's trained-monkey level mechanics.
Are you planning on building it so much you're basically just buying the bolt right now?
If so, Ruger.
If not, whichever fits their hand the best. There are no bad choices here.

I have a Victory and a MK IV the Ruger is easiest to disassemble, the Victory needs an Allen wrench and the scope mount is plastic. I've found both to be very reliable. Ruger mags need a tool to load the Victory mags are much easier to load by hand.
I’ve gone around 800 rounds without cleaning a Victory and around 1000 on a Mk III Hunter. I occasionally wipe off the feed ramp or put a touch of oil on the bolt but that’s it. If they start having issues that’s when I clean them.Is any one of these guns more reliable? generally you go 100 or 200 rounds between having to clean them to keep up reliability?
Then I would say the Ruger is not for you. Figure on at least an extra $100 to bring it up to snuff.I'm planning on leaving it stock except maybe adding a red dot. Not planning on doing a trigger upgrade. Probably just buy a gun and a few extra magazines.
I should mention that I am also a major Ruger fan, having owned four Ruger pistols over time, three at present, as compared to the one S&W Victory. I just like the Victory better than the Ruger and Browning offerings. I also own one Browning, the 1911-22. But none of those loyalties were able to sway my opinion away from the Victory.I, too have shot all three, I own the MkIV and Victory, you will do well with any of these. The Victory wins for reasons rpenmanparker said, though I had really wanted the MkIV to win as it is a gorgeous firearm, and I favor Rugers in general.
which should I get?

Would probably like adjustable sights but not too worried about them. Would like the option to put a red dot on since I have an extra one laying around. Not too worried about adding a suppressor. Would like it to not be too finicky on ammo.
Any thoughts or recommendations? Thanks in advance.
I think it is great that you want to train your daughters to shoot. And the .22 LR is a great place to start. If your daughters are ready to start shooting I would involve them in the process of selecting a pistol. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the brands mentioned. But let your daughters hold the pistols, see how it fits their hands, rack the slide, etc. and let them be a part of the process from the beginning.
looks fancy. did you buy it like that or add upgrades? I saw smith-wesson has a performance center one. I wonder if that's what you have there? Not sure what all the upgrades really are on that thing.
