Buckshot from a slug barrel?

Here's how I understand it , and correct me if I'm wrong. Anything other than a slug from a rifled barrel will give atrocious patterns. The rifling spins up the shot as it would a slug but instead of stabilizing it the shot flies in all directions after exiting the bore. Not a good idea, you wouldn't hit the broad side of a barn.

I don't think that's a rifled barrel. It might be a smooth bore with rifle sights. E-mail the seller and ask. If it's a smooth bore and a good deal go ahead and get it. It'll make for a good HD barrel and a slug barrel
