I got my 300 round box, but have a question. How the hell do you open it? lol It has the pull-tab but it has been welded over so that is useless. I don't really want to dremel it open for obvious reasons. What do y'all do?
The pull tab isn't 'welded'-it's just soldered. Trust me-I've bought this same ammo before.
Grab a pair of gloves and some eye protection. Then pry up the pull tab a little with a knife blade and slip your middle finger through the tab. Now all you need to do is yank that sucker with all your might and it'll bust through the solder and you'll have a nice open can of 300 rounds.
So all you need to do is pull on the thing. No need for chisels, hammers, or Dremels. Just pull.
I got a chance to shoot it today, I shot about 70 rounds and all of them went off great. There were no loads that felt weaker they all felt great. However more of a rifle/me issue was that I kept hitting high and to the right at 50 and 100 yards. I adjusted the front sight left some, but that didn't help. I dunno.
