I ordered one of the 'unissued' Mak's that are out there right now and just got it all cleaned up. I do believe this one was unissued as there are no signs of wear, usage, etc. There were 2 small spots on the slide that I touched up with some Perma Blue - basically marks from sitting in storage. It came with 2 mags, commie red star grip, black grip, holster, lanyard, cleaning tool, and a logbook.
I have 40 rounds of test ammo loaded and ready to go. (93gr coated bullets, 3.3gr to 3.6gr of Titegroup, cut-down 9mm Luger brass).
Anyone know the significance of the hammer, extractor, and safety switch being reddish? Just to match the grip?
