Bulgarian Maks... what are they going for?

I am not a big Mak guy. LOL I have a CZ82 but no Maks. What are bulgarian maks going for these days. I have an opportunity to get one at what seems like a decent price locally. Gun shows some storage wear...

Comes with 2 grips, 2 mags cleaning rod and hideous holster. :eek:
