hunter, just get'em from Jake. I like the 9mm FMJ he puts out, when the copper is good. Plus heck your saving money and the shipping is already wrapped into the price.
BTW Jake, how much longer till the 9's start rolling off the presses?

We started making more 9's today. It will take a few days to get enough made so that we don't have to put them on backorder.

I was going to recommend RMR. Shipping is included in their price and they are less expensive than Cabelas. For me the RMRs shot a little better than the Xtremes.
Note with RMR the prices per bullet usually goes down as the qty ordered goes up. The FMJs are going for $82/K shipped.

Look at RMR, Shooters Pro Shop and Wideners.

WAY better deals than what you'll get from Cabelas.

The last time I ordered bullets & other stuff from Cabela's

I received a card board box morocca

3 different bullet types all mixed together

never again

Same item number. I only order cabelas if there's a great sale, like nosler had awhile back, or if I have some cabelas bucks racked up, along with everyone else on suggestions, midwayusa has a sale on reloading right now, and midsouthshooterssuply is usually easier on the wallet too.

500 isnt bulk. Buy yourself a 6,000ct box of hornady 55gr fmj or SP. monmouthreloading has cases for ~435 shipped. A hair over 7 cents a bullet. Best deal on one of the best bullets you can buy.

Also look at NE Reloading , They are usually cheaper than Monmouth and free shipping. 45/500, 77/1000, and 150/2000.
I ordered 2000 a while back and was at my door in CA in 2 days. They currently only have the 55 gr softpoints listed, but, usually stock the fmj too.

RMR are the only bullets I buy. Great product, and the customer service is better than anyone I've dealt with.

From time to time you can find a deal on blemished bullets. I bought a case of 5k, from Midway a few years ago. I haven't loaded them yet as I still have a good supply of loaded ammo. Need to get busy with brass prep now that the weather is cooling down. I've been using RMR for my plated pistol bullets. Great bullets at good prices.

I used to buy "blemished" bullets until I got some that were the wrong diameter. That kind of turned me off of "blemished" bullets. Might not happen again though.

Those weren't from me were they?

I don't remember any issues with wrong diameter bullets.

Are your bullets plated? If so how thick
thanks,
H

In addition to their FMJ's, RMR does sell thick plate, hard core plated in various weights, although only the 147gr is currently showing up on the 9mm section to their site..

Oh no, Midway. :)

I have bought quite a few "blemished" bullets over the years, and that was one isolated incident. .32 ACP bullets. Difficult to get neck tension with undersized bullets. I sorted out all the smaller ones and will do something with them one day. I'll probably shoot them in .32 Long.

I have been very pleased with your various bullet offerings. Missing the Hardcore plated match 124s. :)

I just put more inventory of the 115 and 124 hardcore match bullets on the website. They should show up now. Keep in mind that we are having another rush on components so we are about a week behind in shipping right now.

Xtreme Bullets are great. They are all I use anymore for handgun and .223 loads. I have no issues working up to 1 MOA accuracy with my .223 loads.

I had the same experience with my one and only order of "blems" only mine didn't only include wrong diameter bullets but also inconsistent ogive to base length. It definitely wasn't worth the small cost savings.
