Bulk Bullets?

OP didn't ask, but I tried those dog town bullets for prairie dogging a few years back. They don't have the same explosive performance on impact as did the Hornady Vmax. In fact I was leaving some badly wounded critters, rather than exploded "helicopters," which to me was unacceptable. -I mention it in case it is important to you all.

I wont be shooting animals with anything but hornady v max. I had a buddy who was shooting woodchucks with SP and they would run into their holes and die. stuff like that doesn't fly with me. ill pay the expensive v max for a clean kill.

They do have different Dogtown bullets, sometimes SP sometimes HP.
Did you have poor results with the HPs?
(haven't used them on critters yet and was just wondering)
