I am using a Lee Classic Turret Press for my 9mm. Lately I have been having problems with the bullet sticking in the bullet seating die. Is there something wrong with the die, or am I possibly not flaring the case enough. I can set the bullet on the case but not into it. Not sure on how much of a flare is needed.

You need enough flare to hand start the bullet just a tiny amount. If the bullet is not being seated, but stays in the seater when you bring the ram down, it sounds like you do not have the seating stem adjusted down far enough to push the bullet into the case, flare or not.

Case mouth flare probably has nothing directly to do with bullets "sticking" inside the die. What bullets are you having trouble with? If your seater is a problem depends on if you think a tightly fitted die is better or worse than a sloppy die.

I forgot to list the bullet I am using. I am using a 9mm FONT .356 115gr JRN. I am still new to reloading, so since the problem just started with this bullet, maybe I should try some different bullets and see if others stick in the die.

That's a good idea. no reason to look too far into a die problem if it's only that bullet. If the problem does extend to other bullets too do what Seanhagerty suggested and clean the seating die well. (dies come apart easily)

I've had exactly the same problem. It's a small defect in the seating die, easily fixed.

The small, floating inner piece that actually pushes on the bullet has a burr on its mouth. Clean that up, and your problem will go away.
