Bullet Suggestion for .308 Ruger Frontier?

Hi All -

I just picked up a Ruger Frontier in .308, and I'd like some advice on bullet selection. This will be a hunter - mostly deer-sized.

The barrel twist is supposed to be 1:10. Anyone have one, or have any idea of how it's throated?

Should I start with lighter or heavier bullets?

My ideal bullet would be a good balance of accuracy, performance on game, and price.

I would start with the 150s for deer. The 150 Nosler Ballistic Tip has always worked well for me.
