Bullet swaging

Any comments or advice on Corbin versus RCE for hobby bullet swaging of say .223 through .308 projectiles?

I would go with Richard Corbin, since the delivery time is quicker in most cases, but he is a one man shop. He designed most of what his brother Dave sells, if that tells you anything, but in either case, it's going to be expensive to get started.
