The same as pictured in that thread? I read they were made by Hopkins and Allen, but thats the only picture i can find.

In fact from more googling i believe the model is a h&a 922

Thats too bad if what were talkimg about is them they are neat looking little guns. Id think as a .22 they would be ok as long as one avoided the higher velocities stuff, or maybe stick with CB caps?....i dont know what enough about them to judge tho.

as kids we shot bull frogs with rat shot for my grandfather. he bought the shells and we hunted the frogs at night with a flashlight. the rat shot killed them right now, more like flattened them where they sat with no jumping into the water. we aimed if you could call it that for the head, no bebe,s in the legs eastbank.

Thanks guys I let him know. He said he probably won't shoot it but if he does he will use shorts .
