+1. Besides, what happens when you run out of batteries? I can still shoot my non-battery operated scope if my rangefinder dies. And I don't think they provide enough of an advantage to offset their bulk and added weight. I may be simply old-fashioned, but I find myself to be more confindent in simple paper sketches, maps and rangefinders than gimmicky scopes. But that's merely me.
