Anyone have any thoughts on this rifle pro or con and versus other .223 configurations?

Every once in a while this comes up and someone asks about the bullpups. i have been on the verge of buying one for about 3 years now. Every time I post on this board or TFL everyone who doesn't have one puts the M17 down, and half the actual owners say that it wasn't anything special.
After picking one up at the store about a dozen times and trying one out at the range it looks odd and cool and is really nothing special to write home about.
Heres my opinion of the M17. The trigger by way of the design is not that great. But probably not as bad as some would make it out to be. The fact that it fits a 21" barrel into a small package is a great advantage for the .223. Of late they have gotten kind of expensive. It uses the same mags as the AR so that is a great plus. If you want a range tack driver then you would do better with an AR. However the M17 seems to fit into a great backpack/plinker, shtf, coolgunvirus, kind of niche.
Come to think of it you just brought my interest back into one.

Bullpups in general tend to be a little hard to shoot prone, in my opinion.
