Yep. Make sure it's all Bushie and not just a B lower with a different upper
(look on barrel forward of front site --ex: "Model1" means it's a parts gun).
A new complete B rifle should come with a box/case, manual, etc.

Not that a parts gun is bad, they'd just be charging a bit much IMHO.
I've seen a LOT of FFLs selling parts guns as bushie, RRA, etc and charging
like they were entirely from the factory. It'd be like buying an Audi and
getting the engine from their sister VW factory....
 
sounds good to me. around here ar-15's go from $999-1099, which is ridiculious i know. I had to take a little drive but got my bushmaster m-4 flatop with Izzy flash suppresor for $850 plus tax.
