Bought a pair of Bushnell 7x26 custom compact binoculars at a flea market type sale. Didn't really know anything about that particular optic, still don't. From my limited research I've found that they were made in Japan B and L. and marketed under Bushnell's name.the glass is nice clear and all adjustments are functional. Would like any additional information you might have.

Bausch & Lomb?

I figured that but was having an episode of young heifers and couldn't remember lamb's spelling.

My episode was so bad I forgot to post pics.

Oh wow. Cool find. Are they still clear?
I have some from about '97 that are still perfect but 10x40. Got me thinkin' and I went lookin' for my moms' old 7x35s.
Have no idea where they went but exact replica of those.

Nice I couldn't pass up for 8.00, bought as a first hunting present for my granddaughter. 8.00 was price tag but the woman that had them only charged 5.00.

Yes they are still clear there looks to be a serial # on the back side quick focus know.

My dad used a pair of those for hunting for years and probably still has them. I liked his and I found a pair on eBay for around $45. The image is super crisp. Mine appear to yellow the image slightly due to age. They focus down to really close and don't weigh much. They aren't waterproof though. The pair I have look just like yours but with less wear.

There was a newer Bushnell Elite version of these later on, but I think they were discontinued a few years back. I wouldn't mind looking through a pair of those but I couldn't find an affordable pair when I was looking.

$5 is really good if the barrels line up correctly and the glass is in good shape. I use mine occasionally when hiking or just looking around in the yard.
