Here are some pics of a Ti bobtail that is about ready to go home. We will engrave the OnTarget logo in the grips this week. I had this gun along with a half a dozen others at a gunshow this last weekend to show some work and this gun along with another XD .45 were the most looked at and tried to be handled guns on the table. I did not let but a few of the more serious play with your gun, so no worries Mr. Owner. It has the usual build list:
EGW Ignition
Caspian Ti Speed Bump Beavertail
Wilson Extractor
Ed Brown Ejector
Ed Brown Safety and so on. The barrel is a NM from a new maker that I found and shoots very very well. The sights are 10-8s withe a .153 Unotch rear and tritium vials added.

Now that's what I'm talking about!

Can't wait to get it home and shoot it! :D Might have to keep it hidden from the wife though. ;) She has already taken over my SA micro compact now she'll want this beauty! And yes, I'm the proud, soon-to-be owner :D:D:D

I LOVE that beavertail grip safety...

Gorgeous gun IMO... I think bobtailed Commanders are the best looking 1911s out there. Especially this one. I'd like to see an all black version!

By now you probably have a safe full of great guns from Jess, Distra.

I have several pistols that Jess has worked over. One thing about OnTarget is the work is high quality. I've been extremely pleased with all the work he has done and this Ti commander will top off my collection for a while. It's almost too perty to shoot...:D
