Business owner shoots burgler

This happened earlier this morning not far from my house. SAPD spokesman said the owner was within his rights. Seems like fair coverage on TV. How do you feel about this shooting?Story 1

Just curious about other opinions, I know there is not a lot of info here.

If it went down like the paper said, good shoot. Need to wait on the details to filter in for the whole story though.
