Son one and a nephew went down to my little farm in Fulton County last night. Deer all over the place. Spikes, slicks, does, yearlings. Count seen, all within slug range, most within 25 yards, over 25. The big thing is there were five, yes five, river otters in our creek.
I'm jealous but can't go until after 11/1 when wife gets her cast off and a walking one on. (ankle replacement).
Boys, against my advice to put one in the freezer early, are waiting on the rut and one of the ten or twelves we've seen on the cams.
Going to put out a couple cell cams soon.
Dang! Its fun even sitting home and getting texts and pics from The Hill.
