Had a question regarding the "bound book". Specifically as it related to the 1895 Nagant Pistol, who do you list as the manufacturer of the pistol and do you actually NEED the FFL license of the people that you purchased it from?
Any other tips on the book would be nice.
I have read through what the ATF says, but beyond being confusing, they don't say that much.
