CA. ammo sales

I have done the searches with ATF, CFR, and CADOJ.
Is there anything I need to sell Ammunition in CA. besides a business license and resale permit?
It seems fine so far, but you never can tell, so any helpful information is appreciated.

Talk with a PRK lawyer first... make sure you have nothing local. state, or fed to worry about.

There may be fire code regulations that you need to abide by.

I can recomend a firearms attorney if you like.
 
Yes and call your representatives and tell them NO on AB 992 or you won't have to bother talking to an attorney about selling anything.
 
There are fire codes...

So be careful.. There was a limit on how much ammo you can store in one location as I recall at least there use to be in my old city (Pasadena)..
